The challenge
Finding the right job opportunities or qualified contractors is often inefficient and time consuming. Traditional platforms rely heavily on manual search, keyword filtering, and incomplete profiles, forcing both contractors and hirers to navigate large volumes of irrelevant matches.
Quests set out to rethink this process through AI driven matching, automatically connecting people and opportunities based on skills, requirements, and compatibility rather than manual browsing. The challenge was translating a complex technological concept into an experience that feels transparent, trustworthy, and easy to understand for both sides of the marketplace.
The product needed to support two distinct user groups with different goals while maintaining clarity around how matches are generated and why they are relevant. Building trust in the system was as important as designing functionality, requiring careful attention to onboarding, feedback, and communication patterns throughout the experience.
