The challenge
Stejarii needed a mobile experience that could better support residents in their day to day interactions with the community. The goal was not to create a feature-heavy product, but a reliable digital companion focused on practicality, clarity, and ease of use.
The challenge was balancing performance and accessibility with development efficiency. Rather than pursuing a fully native build, the project required a hybrid solution capable of delivering consistency across devices while maintaining a smooth and dependable experience.
From a user perspective, information and actions needed to revolve around real resident behaviors. Existing communication and services were fragmented, making recurring tasks harder than necessary. Residents needed quick access to relevant information without navigating complex structures or learning new patterns.
