Stejarii Residential

Surrounded by a 200 ha protected oak forest, the residential project offers elegant apartments for rent in the North of Bucharest. Stejarii is located away from the hustle and bustle of the city, and close to the city’s airports and the Baneasa commercial area.

The neighbourhood includes a residential area of 8 buildings with a total of 285 rentable apartments, facilities and amenities that are unique to the Romanian and Eastern European real estate market. Stejarii stands for a lifestyle where dreams come true as magnificent homes with the whole array of all-inclusive services of an elegant resort.

Problem

The client approached us to redesign the web experience which was outdated and didn't communicate with their audience in the way they needed it to. There was a need to elevate the design language that Stejarii used across their digital platforms.

Solution

Our design solution envisioned a clear approach towards bold statements and imagery that would bring forward the luxurious and exclusive feel that the residential club offers to their tenants.

Outcome

The final design solution aligned with the stakeholders’ vision, rejuvenating the brand’s online presence and presenting information in a way that represents the brand’s core values.

Information Architecture

We started putting together the Information Architecture of the website, so we can have a clear view on the sitemap and offer the user clear and visible entry points to different flows on the website that would help them complete their task.

Competitive Analysis

With the main goal being to align the visual styling to the Hyundai Europe design language, we ran an extended analysis on the online experience of several dealerships across EU.

We looked to not only capture common component approaches, but more on providing Hyundai Romania with several improvements that would elevate their web experience.

Our analysis was focused on analysing the Hyundai experiences in countries like: UK, France, Germany, Spain, Italy and others so we can map common design patterns as well as identify potential functionalities or improvement features that Hyundai Romania could integrate in their web experience.

Challenges we faced

Redesigning the web experience for Stejarii raised some technical constraints that would translate into variations of design to accommodate a pre-made web template used to accommodate stakeholder needs. However, design wise, we managed to navigate those constraints by taking advantage of the pre-existing components layouts and concentrate our efforts on applying the brand's identity across all our design deliverables.
